This works, but the best way to do it has she is facing the camera is not to hold the legs to the wall instead the upper leg to be extended and be secured to the floor and the lower leg be in 90 degree angle and also secured to the floor. Both arms should be extended over head and do the movements very slow and to keep the hips, abdomen and glutes tight so the concentration and balance will be maintained. Overall, this is side version to Pilates movements and very effective for inner abdomen
